  1. Define your business objectives

Are you a start up and need advices to be known?Do you want to increase the number of your customers or users? Do you need consulting for just one campaign, ie, launch of a new product, the opening of an office? Do you change your brand identity and need a brand new eye to guide you? Does your company grow?

Please sit down a minute and define your business goals.

  1. Understand your business and market

Understanding your business and market is obviously essential to deliver the right communication strategy.Through meetings or online interviews, please save at least one full morning for a brief.

This will involve the presence of different actors in the company, most of time CEOs and the Head of Marketing. The Head of Sales might be necessary as well.

  1. Set clear objectives

During our morning meeting, please prepare upstream your communications objectives. Do you want to build a relationship only with the press? or with your customers or users? Do you need to create or reinforce your brand identity?

What are your expectations and are they realistic?

  1. Create Key messages

Once the brief one, I will help you to build your key messages. I will propose different messages based on my understanding and analysis of your business and market.

  1. Build a communication strategy

The key messages will be used to build your communication strategy. Through different tools, I will develop your dedicated plan.

According to your business and needs, it can be:

PR: relations with the media through press releases, interviews, press conferences, lunch…

International PR: network of PR partners around the world,

Public relations: meeting with the VIP and influencers,

Social Media: build a strong relationship with your customers or users through contents, games or contests,

Events: research of existing events and organisation of your owns,

Content strategy: deliver an appropriate content to your blogs or website.

For each tool chosen, I will propose a complete planning and detailed list of actions.

  1. Deliver the strategy

I can advise you a list of providers I am working with and/or deliver some of the strategy on my own. I can also manage existing providers.
